1. Returns are accepted only if the products are defective. You can return the product only if you can check it in front of the delivery man. 

2. Returns will not be accepted on size and colour issue. All our photos on social media and website are real and sizes are mentioned everywhere. 

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact. 

4. Other than the above mention reasons, if anyone wants to return for any other reason or personal problem, additional charge will be added as per following:

 – Inside Dhaka (Delivery charge -69 taka, Packaging cost – 53 taka, return charge – 30 taka); Total = 152 taka 

– Outside Dhaka (Delivery charge – 130 taka, Packaging cost – 53 taka, return charge – 60 taka); Total = 243 taka
